Learning the basics.

We believe movement is medicine for bodies of all ages. This is a class designed especially for teens and gives them the freedom to move. Each class begins with and ends with a moment of mindfulness.

Modern life often disconnects us with the intricacies of our body and Teen FIT aims to rebuild that mind-body connection, through breath and movement, while also providing an energetic and social space to have fun.

Teen FIT is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Barre, where teens can follow an instructor and learn the basics of these methods in a fun and safe environment. Expect to increase flexibility, mobility, coordination, and strength throughout the body. This class is for every body type and compliments other sports and styles of training you may already participate in.
