Barre combines elements of pilates and dance to create a dynamic full-body workout.

This fusion of styles is the perfect class to sculpt and lengthen your muscles, and help you find your centre while keeping you on your toes. 

You can expect choreographed sequencing at the barre combined with pilates on the mat. Our barre classes offer props such as light weights, sliders and resistance tubes to optimise and assist your workout. With consistent barre practice you’ll increase your overall strength, flexibility and co-ordination. 

This class is suitable for everyone as progressions, regressions and modifications are given to suit individual ability. Expect to feel the burn and build up a sweat.
