This 45 minute class is designed to strengthen, sculpt and stabilise.

You will spend the first 20 minutes focusing on your glutes, with a mix of resistance-based movements and activation work that challenge every angle.

The next 20 minutes target your core, building strength through deep activation and endurance sequences to improve posture and support your overall Pilates practice.

The final 5 minutes are dedicated to mobility and stretching, allowing your body. to release and reset so you leave feeling balanced and aligned.

Booty and Abs is the ideal class if you want to build a string foundation, improve functional movement and feel powerful from the inside out.
