Build strength and focus in our signature hot yoga class. Join us as we dial up the heat for a series of traditional yoga postures in our state of the art infrared heated studio. This class will build stamina, increase mobility and improve balance. Modifications are offered to suit all levels as we work together to challenge our physical and mental resilience. Intensely satisfying, you’ll leave this class feeling powerful and inspired.
