The heat is said to help increase flexibility, improve circulation, and provide a deeper, more intense workout. Some of the benefits of Hot Yoga workouts include:
Increased flexibility: The heat helps to warm up the muscles, making them more pliable and easier to stretch. This can help you achieve a greater range of motion in your movements, which can improve flexibility over time.
Improved circulation: The heat also helps to increase blood flow throughout the body, which can help deliver oxygen and nutrients to your muscles more efficiently. This can help improve your overall fitness and energy levels.
Greater calories burnt: The heat and intensity of Hot Yoga can help you burn more calories than traditional yoga or other forms of exercise. This can be particularly beneficial for those looking to lose weight or improve their overall fitness.
Increased mental focus: The heat and intensity of Hot Yoga can also help improve your mental focus and concentration. This can help you stay motivated and engaged throughout your workout, leading to better results overall.
Reduced stress: The heat and intensity of Hot Yoga can also help reduce stress and promote relaxation. This can be particularly beneficial for those who struggle with anxiety or stress-related conditions.

Opt for lightweight, breathable activewear that wicks away sweat—think bike shorts, fitted leggings, or a crop or tank top. Since the room is heated, minimal, moisture-wicking clothing will help keep you comfortable and cool throughout the class. Bring a a large towel to place over your mat and second small towel for sweat is also helpful. If you don't bring a towel, they are available for rent or purchase at reception. Mats are provided but you're welcome to bring your own to place over the top of ours. Bring a full water bottle and arrive well-hydrated and ready to sweat!
