Prenatal Pilates Class

Establish strong foundations.

A class dedicated to strengthening your entire body (particularly your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles which are integral for a healthy pregnancy) and maintaining your fitness in a customised class that prepares your body for labour and keeps you moving and strong.

This class is run by our reformers for maximum support and run by our qualified and experienced instructors who will guide and support you throughout your pregnancy.

Total class duration: 45 minutes
