Hot Pilates is a mat-based pilates workout that focuses on building strength and improving overall fitness. Using upbeat tunes to keep you moving and motivated, we combine strong core + glute sequencing exercises, cardio intervals and resistance work to target the deeper muscles of the body. This class is designed to effectively sculpt the entire body and leave you feeling and looking strong. 

Progressions, regressions and modifications are given throughout to suit every ability level. After finishing this class you’ll feel longer, stronger and more energised.

The temperature of the room is set to 35 degrees via our infrared heating system.

Infrared heating has many benefits: it is known to assist in detoxification, helps you to stretch further to get the most out of your workout, assists with muscle recovery, and improves quality of sleep.
