Sometimes there are good reasons for cancelling appointments. However unlike brief medical appointments it is impracticable to fill a cancelled psychology appointment that runs for 50 minutes.

You will be notified to confirm your consultation 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

50% of the appointment cost will be charged if you cancel/change your appointment after midday/12pm on the previous business day.

100% of the appointment cost will be charged if you cancel within two hours of your appointment time or you fail to show to your appointment.

This means for a Monday appointment, notice must be given on Friday. For assessment services we require two business days' notice.

All cancellations or changes must be made by contacting our reception on 03 9325 4567. Future appointments will be forfeited if the cancellation is not paid.

If you are running late, please call and let us know to avoid any fees. If you are unwell, please reschedule outside of the late-cancel window or alternatively you may opt to have your session via Telehealth (video or phone).

Fees are payable on the phone at the time of cancellation.

For any reason that your therapist cannot make a scheduled appointment, they will provide as much notice as possible. In this event you will not be charged a cancellation fee and your consultation will be rescheduled.
