One word, sweat. 

Experience a fusion style class, combining elements of barre, pilates and HIIT to achieve a full body sweat and burn. A variety of props are used to further challenge the body, including light hand weights, resistance tubes, booty bands, sliders, toner and chi balls, leaving you feeling tight and toned.

In this energetic and fun class you can expect to raise your heart rate, break a sweat, challenge your strength and cardiovascular fitness.

* This is a fast paced class, not suitable if you are pregnant, injured, or prefer low impact exercise.
