Stretch Reformer
A 45 minute stretch class on the Reformer, designed to release tension in the body, lengthen tight muscles and get you feeling limber and balanced. This is a class dedicated to getting you mobilising in all planes of movement and to help relieve sore and tight muscles.
You can expect to walk away from this class feeling stretched, energised, lengthened after our instructors take you through our specialised stretch flow.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely—like leggings, bike shorts, or a fitted tank. Avoid loose or baggy clothing as it can get in the way of the Reformer machine and obscure alignment. Grip socks are optional and can help provide traction on the Reformer.
Bring a water bottle. Mats are not required, as all movement is done on the Reformer bed. If it’s your first class, arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can help set you up on the machine.
