Clinical Pilates Services

Physio-led private and semi-private clinical Pilates sessions

What is clinical Pilates and how does it differ from regular Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates tailored to individual needs and conditions, led by our trained physiotherapists. It combines the principles of Pilates with the clinical expertise of physiotherapy to provide a safe and effective workout for those recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic pain, or seeking to improve their physical function.

Unlike traditional Pilates, which focuses on general fitness, clinical Pilates emphasises rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall physical health.
