Reformer Cardio is a cardio-based reformer class designed to make you sweat. We use the jump board as the primary prop, along with hand weights and booty bands. 

You can expect timed bursts of cardio to raise your heart rate and strong Pilates sequencing in between. Challenge your body, elevate your mood, and leave feeling worked!

* Due to the pace of this class we recommend taking 5 reformer flow or technique sessions prior to progressing to reformer cardio.

* This class is not suitable if you are 12 + weeks pregnant or new to Pilates.
