Reformer Cardio is an advanced cardio-based reformer class designed to make you sweat. We use the jump board as the primary prop, along with hand weights and booty bands. 

You can expect timed bursts of cardio to raise your heart rate and strong Pilates sequencing in between. Challenge your body, elevate your mood, and leave feeling worked!
