Our studio spaces are available to rent for photoshoots and events on weekdays between 12:00-4:00pm or weekends from 12:30pm.

Our award-winning studio in Aberfeldie, designed in collaboration with Biasol, brings together form, function and feeling to create a space that supports holistic wellbeing. Recognised with Silver at both the Australian Design Awards and WILD Design Awards in 2023, Insight Body and Mind features a custom fit-out inspired by the flow of movement and energy. Sculpted forms, graphic stone elements, and a calming material palette create a sensory experience across three light-filled levels.

Our boutique Reformer studio is equipped with 10 Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers, while the mat studio accommodates up to 10 participants and offers optional infrared heating. Both spaces are stocked with high-quality props including yoga blocks, 1–5kg hand weights, Bala bands, Pilates rings, toner balls, and soft squishy balls—ensuring every session is versatile, supportive, and inspiring.
