This class is suitable for all levels – from beginners new to strength training to experienced movers wanting to lift heavier and progress safely. Exercises are layered with options so you can work at your own pace and ability.

Not at all. Our instructors guide you through proper technique and provide modifications and progressions. If you’re new to weights, this is a great place to start in a supportive, small-group environment.
You’ll use a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to create a full-body strength workout.

While Pilates focuses on control, mobility and core strength, Strength is more focused on lifting heavier weights, building muscle mass, improving bone density, and increasing overall power. It’s the perfect complement to your Pilates and yoga practice.

The class is designed to be challenging but adaptable. We’ve designed it to reach an intensity level of 5/5, as we want it to be considered a hard session.
Although, you control your weights and intensity, so you can make it as gentle or as strong as you need. Over time, we encourage progressive overload so you continue building strength safely.
