Unravel and release the tensions of the day in this nurturing, slow paced practice. Our experienced yoga and meditation teachers will guide you through a combination of breath work and approachable meditation techniques to create the conditions for deep rest. 

You can expect very gentle movement, myofascial release work and guided mindfulness practices. The perfect balance for our more dynamic classes, this is an opportunity to replenish body and mind.
