Vikki is a registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.

She has worked across early intervention and disability services, primary and secondary schools, and private practice, and takes a warm, collaborative, and neuroaffirming approach. Vikki values each person’s unique strengths and works closely with families to support self-understanding, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and practical strategies for everyday life.

Vikki has a strong interest in the assessment of ADHD, executive functioning, and learning differences, including specific learning disorders. She also supports clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), emotional regulation difficulties, and social or friendship challenges.

In counselling sessions, Vikki draws on evidence-based approaches tailored to the individual, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness strategies, and principles of Polyvagal Theory.

Vikki has extensive experience in psychological assessment and psychometric testing, providing comprehensive cognitive, educational, and developmental/behavioural assessments. She completes assessments for the Department of Education and independent schools, with a focus on providing clear, accessible feedback and practical recommendations to support learning, wellbeing, and educational adjustments. She has also contributed to the Australian and New Zealand standardisation projects for major psychological assessment tools, including the WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, and WIAT-III.
