Sara is a registered psychologist with extensive experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and adults across various private, community and, educational settings.

Sara works with individuals from diverse socioeconomic, cultural and linguistic backgrounds who experience a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, low mood and motivation, trauma, difficulty adapting to change or stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and grief and loss.

In therapy, Sara adopts a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental approach, aiming to provide a welcoming and collaborative space in which her clients can achieve meaningful change in their lives. When working with clients, Sara utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks specific to the client’s individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion skills.

Sara has a special interest in anxiety-based concerns including those relating to persistent worry, specific phobias, social distress, and intrusive thoughts and behaviours.

Sara has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with Honours from The University of Melbourne and a Master of Professional Psychology from The Cairnmillar Institute. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
