Oldouz takes a warm, person-centered approach to therapy, with a strong focus on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns, helping them develop insight and practical coping strategies.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Oldouz draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. Through therapy, she aims to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, building effective coping strategies, and strengthening their ability to navigate challenges while building on their existing strengths.
