Jennifer is a registered Psychologist who has completed a Master of Professional Psychology at the Australian Catholic University.

Jennifer has extensive experience working in crisis support with individuals across the lifespan. She has gained experience working therapeutically in school settings and private clinics with young children, adolescents and adults. Jennifer also offers a range of cognitive and behavioural assessments for individuals with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. Jennifer is interested in working with individuals with a range of mental health issues including but not limited to neurodevelopmental disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, stress and adjustment issues, and grief and loss.

In therapy, Jennifer aims to provide a respectful, empathetic and safe environment that is conducive to helping clients gain a greater understanding of themselves and their environment while empowering them to develop effective skills to help improve their well-being. To answer the unique needs of each client, Jennifer draws upon multiple evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Strengths-based Therapy and integrated mindfulness and self-compassion techniques.
