Pilates X Run Club
We're thrilled to introduce the Pilates x Run (or walk) Club at Insight Body and Mind Studio! Combine the power of Pilates with the exhilaration of running, all while supporting a meaningful cause.
Join our 6-week Pilates x Run Club Challenge from 30th Sept to 10th Nov! Cap it off by participating in the Run2Cure for Neuroblastoma event in Melbourne on 10th Nov, where you can choose to run or walk the track.
What does the challenge include?
- 2x Pilates/Yoga/Barre sessions per week (whatever floats your boat)
- 3x guided runs per week with our physio and team captain, Jacinta (attendance at 2 runs is required, 3 is optional).
- A balanced fitness routine combining running, walking, Pilates, and yoga which will: boost cardiovascular health, build endurance, and strengthen your core. Suitable for all levels—run or walk the 5k at your own pace and enjoy the benefits.
- Donation included: from your challenge pack to support this great cause.
Can't make the event? No worries—join the club, and we'll still donate on your behalf!
About Run2Cure and our Inspiration, Oli
This year, we're running for Oli, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma at just 2 years old. After 18 months of treatment and a clinical trial in the US, Oli has been clear for two years but still faces lasting side effects. When?
You can schedule your 2x weekly Pilates or yoga sessions at times that work best for you. Our 3x weekly runs will be available in the morning, evening, and on the weekend, and you can attend just 2 (or 3 if you wish) of those times that suit you — Wednesday evenings, Friday mornings & Sunday mornings (times TBC). Training kicks off on September 30th, leading up to the Run2Cure event on November 10th.
